2) Delivery error or omission:Products mistakenly shipped from the full warehouse by Gongman,After verification,The buyer guarantees that the product packaging is intact and does not affect secondary sales,Returns and exchanges are available;After contacting the warehouse for the missing product, our company will arrange for a replacement as soon as the warehouse is full。
3) quality problem:Confirmed by the manufacturer through testing that the product has quality issues,Can be exchanged。(According to the manufacturer's policy, repairs or exchanges are possible)。
4) Logistics damage:Damage to goods caused by logistics,Please communicate with the after-sales personnel of Gongman Warehouse in a timely manner,So that we can process product claims in a timely manner,If there is a delay in logistics due to buyer feedback, no compensation will be made,The loss shall be borne by the buyer。
5) Refund for undelivered goods:If the buyer requests to cancel the order after payment,After confirming that no order or shipment has been arranged, Gongman Warehouse will arrange a refund process for you as soon as possible。

c.Products with quality issues exceeding the manufacturer's warranty period;
