Inspection and signing for goods
1)After the warehouse is fully loaded and the goods are shipped according to the agreement，The consignee has the obligation to receive the goods in a timely manner。The recipient can sign for the goods themselves or have someone else sign for them（Including security guards）Sign for the goods on behalf of others，The signature of others is signed for by the recipient themselves。Signing for the goods means that the recipient has no objections to the goods。
2) When inspecting and signing for the goods，Attention should be paid to the following matters：
a.The recipient must be in front of the delivery personnel，Confirm that the goods have not been opened、Sign for it only after there is no damage。If there is compression on the outer packaging、deformation、Signs of damage such as breakage or unsealing，You can refuse to accept the product，And promptly notify the relevant personnel of the full warehouse to handle it。If you receive the outer packaging with obvious signs of damage and then file a complaint，Sorry, we cannot accept it。
b.If the outer box of the goods is labeled as fragile，Please be sure to open the box and inspect the goods on the spot，If the goods are found to be damaged after signing for them，We will no longer accept complaints about the goods being incorrect or damaged。
c.If damage is found to the goods upon receipt，Or the goods do not match the purchase order，You can refuse to accept it。
d.Without signing for and inspecting the goods in person，Discovered damage to the goods，Can be indicated on the express waybill“Damaged outer packaging，**Product damage”，“Internal damage，I refuse to accept”Wait for the specific damage situation，Contact Gongmancang customer service again，In order to facilitate our company's subsequent claims processing；If the visa is refused，Returned by logistics company to full warehouse，Please contact the after-sales personnel of the full warehouse for relevant handling as soon as possible after refusal of visa。
e.If the above problems occur，Please wait until you receive the goods48Contact the full warehouse within hours。in addition，In order to better protect your rights and interests，Please keep the relevant certificates and documents of the damaged goods when inspecting and signing for them（Like a video、Photos, etc）。
