2)At the same time as returning the goods,Original invoice and related documents need to be returned(Including but not limited to the delivery note,Delivery note,Product manual,Warranty card and other credentials);
3)Rules for determining the actual receipt date:Full warehouse delivery for door-to-door orders、Cooperative logistics delivery order,All are based on the actual delivery date provided by the logistics feedback to the customer。
4)When customers return goods, the following written content needs to be included in the packaging:Acceptance number、Customer contact person and contact information,Order number for products that require return, exchange, or repair、model、quantity、Reason for return;
5)Proof materials are required for returns and exchanges:The entire package picture、Shipping List Picture、Product packaging pictures and product detail pictures,Not painting、extrusion。
6)The round-trip shipping fee will be borne:Returns and exchanges caused by full warehouse shipments,The freight shall be borne by Gongman Warehouse;Returns and exchanges caused by other reasons,The shipping cost will be borne by the customer。
7)Return and exchange period:If there is a mistake in sending the product, it needs to be exchanged,Once verified,We will ship your order as soon as we receive the customer's return;
8)If the value-added tax invoice has been issued,The customer has not yet deducted it,Value added tax invoice to be refunded;If deducted, please provide《Application Form for Issuing Red Value Added Tax Special Invoice》;If the above cannot be provided,The customer shall bear the tax losses incurred as a result, The tax inclusive amount on the invoice13%。
9)If the order is generated by merchants who have joined the Gongmancang platform,Similarly, adapt to the above rules,Just the invoice header is brand manufacturer。
